Dr. Werner Medical Solutions GmbH located in the University City of Göttingen was established in May 2012.

Managing Director is Dr. Udo Werner who has been working in the pharmaceutical industry for more than 25 years and is bringing along experience in classic pharmaceutical sales and marketing as well as GmbH management competence. In the last 12 years, Dr. Werner increasingly specialized on therapies in the Rare Disease area including Orphan Drugs and named patient treatment for unmet medical needs.

Especially these niche products which partially are in clinical studies respectively prior to registration require special knowledge and attention.
On top of that, the limited number of patients and small number of medical experts entails risks which have to be assessed carefully by the pharmaceutical companies.
